Quick question to the group, especially the UK owners: Anybody got a useable Left-Hand GTS mirror that they could sell me?
Any colour (though 'green' blue would be nice), cosmetic condition not at all important as it's unlikely to stay nice-looking for long. Any offers very welcome. Yes, you've guessed it, some mongrel of a driver has knocked my mirror clean off whilst the bike was parked by the roadside. Said driver also seems to have stopped and picked up the mirror and driven off with it, there is no sign of it anywhere (the plastic retaining strap was torn off) - no broken glass or plastic fragments anywhere on the ground. One UK insurance company said last week that �140 million of damage is done to parked cars in London every year. That probably only includes reported damage. I'd love to know how many drivers and scooter riders round here actually have insurance anyway, they sure enough don't like to stop after collisions.
