I suggest to have a regular weekly meeting on #guadec (irc.gnome.org) every monday at 20h UTC (21h Vilanova time) open to anybody to deal with the current hot topics. Then, each specialised team would decide when to meet and how. Which are these teams? See proposal at http://live.gnome.org/GUADEC2006_2fOrganization and add your name in the team(s) you want to join. We could start informally tonight.
