The Etap is a good choice. However word on the street is that the breakfast 
isn't worth it but we can leave that up to each individual to decide.

Apparently they have 250 rooms total (although I'm not sure exactly how many 
they have free during that week).

We are pretty close to having a list of hotels & hostels we've found to 
publish. Also tourist info have a conference team who have an online booking 
system we could plug into - I haven't quite understood how it works yet (and if 
it's mainly the pricier hotels on their list or not). Once I get the link to 
check out I'll post here. One thing we're still working on is Aston Uni 
accommodation which could be ideal for sponsored attendees as it also would 
provide optional cooking and socialising space (a bit like last year). One area 
I think we'll struggle with is hotel / accommodation wifi since it's likely to 
be either not available or fairly expensive.
