There's a huge avenue called Canarias avenue on the opposite shore of Las Canteras beach where the venue is located (5 minutes walk from the fataga) that is about 5km long , then there's Las Canteras beach avenue as well which is about 3km long. So it'll be 3 times Las Canteras avenue or two times the Canarias avenue, both will do it. Only thing to keep in mind is that you will need to choose a time where Las Canteras is not crowded by people walking around. Say early in the morning. Avenida de Canarias is specifically setup for people running and it has a cycling lane as well. Here is a map[0] Don't take me wrong, I won't run that much, just giving hints on where you can do it. :-) Up to the marthon squad to decide. All we need is a route and a time!
