Hello list :) I'm coming to GUADEC, and I'd really like to give a hand, wherever it's needed. I'm not living in Den Haag, but I'll be there from July 25 to 31. I'll give a talk on the 30th, at 10:15, so I'll be busy there. Apart from that, I'll be available to help. I've already been implied in organizing large events, so I'm not totally a newbie.
