Yes, you can rent climbing gear at the place. For prices and stuff, this is their site: http://www.steeppart.nl/openingstijden.php (the Den Haag section obviously). Fortunately they are better at making routes than at making websites, as they omitted a picture of the main wall. If you can work out the 'virtual tour', you might see a glimpse of it.
