Previously we have done this during Spring of the year before, with a decision announced at GUADEC.
With the process change last year, is there an expectation that you will announce the '15 host during GUADEC 2013? That is a long lead time - which might be OK, but I think that there needs to be a lowering of expectations for what will be ready in the bids in consequence.
