Better late than never! Linphone has an update in the Apple store that includes ZRTP and TLS!
I recommend this client for all secure calls on android and iOS. I've had a private build like this for a year and it works great. It also includes secure video calling. Thanks to the team at linphone for getting this blessed by the Apple board of judgement. This opens up secure VoIP to a while new audience. -lee
