I've posted a new build that includes:

- Tor and other binaries compiled with PIE flags for Android L support
- Updated Activity/Service interaction now using only broadcast messages
(no more service binding)
- Initial Android VPN service support (very fragile but works!)

Mostly I am looking for testing of the PIE changes for those out there
already on Android L.

With the Android VPN support, you must first start Orbot and connect to
Tor, then open the menu and select "Start VPN". Once it is working, it
is very stable and all packets (including TCP and UDP!) are routing over
Tor. However, disconnecting the VPN can cause some crashes.

I am currently tunneling all UDP packets (including DNS) to a UDPGateway
(udpgw) daemon I am running on a server I manage. This is a stopgap
measure until we fix tun2socks to do the DNS resolution locally via Tor.
This means all of your DNS queries and UDP packets are going through my
box, so please be nice and/or know you are being centrally routed (tho
not logged) while testing.
