I installed linphone from f-droid, and added my ostel account.  I set
TLS for transport.  Then in Network settings I enabled ZRTP.  (I also
enabled IPv6 transport which wasn't on by default; ostel.co seems to
lack v6 so far.)  I realize that isn't a wizard, but it was pretty easy.
I was able to call myself from jitsi and verify the ZRTP code.

Given that csipsimple isn't maintained, it may be good to recommend
linphone and just have a HOWTO page for it.

I have asked some friends to try to linphone ios version.  I'll let you
know how that works.
