We had this feature in CameraV/InformaCam at some point, but the UI for
it was never really completed.

Now we are working on ProofMode, which could possibly support this
capability, since it is already PGP encrypting all the sensor metadata,
and signing each photo or video you take. Adding in the "encrypt to
external public key" capability would not be hard.

Otherwise, I don't know of any other app that is currently support this.

Do you also want an encrypted camera app that never rights the photo to
disk in the first place? Or is encrypting a photo taken with the built
in camera acceptable?
