Hi!
I fixed the window size.
The window position is set by GNOME (little applications as Firefox set the
position, and GNOME set it dynamically).

Bug description:
Title says it all, it's killing me to resize every window each time I start
gufw, especially the main window which can show a ton of rules. As such, it
should remember its dimensions and maximization state.
