Bug description:
Gufw should use PolicyKit. This would allow the application to be started and
run as a user, and make it simpler to run on startup. Hopefully it's possible
to read and display the existing rules as a user. Changes to the rules should
be made with the use of an 'Unlock' button, requiring root privileges.
