Hi,
Firefox still working is normal : Gufw filters only incoming traffic.
I'm not a Gwibber user, so I installed it and it doesn't seem to act as
a server, which could have explained your problem.
Have you tried to deactivate Gufw, just to be sure that the problem
isn't with Gwibber itsel ?
