I just committed preliminary support for this in trunk. I've yet to do full
testing (or add regression tests), but the usage is:
# ufw delete NUM
Please see doc/ufw.8 for more information. This will be in ufw 0.30,
which is also planned for Ubuntu 10.04 LTS.

Bug description:
Users should be able to delete rules by their number. Rule numbers can be
found by running 'ufw status numbered'.
Deleting a rule by its number would be much more user friendly than requiring
the user to rewrite the rule in order to delete it.
ufw: 0.27-0ubuntu2
kernel: 2.6.28-11-generic
distro: Ubuntu 9.04 64bit
