If you are a normal user (browsing, email, some p2p) IMHO you don't have
to setup any settings or program. There is a very good level of security
in the standard installation. Firewall is a good point. I think that
it's sufficient what you've just done. Of course it's important to
maintain the system up date (like every operating system).
