Thanks Jristz! I'd really like to fix this bug (I'm using Xubuntu 12.04). The current Categories line in Gufw for version 13.10 is: Categories=System;Settings;X-GNOME-Settings-Panel;X-GNOME-SystemSettings;
If I change that for this in /usr/share/applications/gufw.desktop: Categories=GNOME;GTK;System;Settings;X-GNOME-Settings-Panel;X-GNOME-SystemSettings;X-XFCE-SettingsDialog;X-XFCE-SystemSettings; It isn't working for me :O I don't see the Gufw icon in the XFCE Setting Manager. @Jristz: Which Xubuntu version are you using?
