This was by another bug.
Now you need to set that mask to the file, in a Terminal:
sudo chmod 600 your_file
This was for secure, I'm sorry the apologies.

Bug description:
First time since many years that I'm not able to import my own set of
rules. If I try to Import them got this error:
Filename has wrong permissions (not 600). Trust only on your exported
profiles
Have to say that I'm running Wily Werewolf Upgrade. Does Wily is
compatible with Gufw? Why ''not 600'' is showing and not able to
import rules?
