Sometime we make a report about our stock on warehouse or about our
sale on shop, etc. we can make a status warning if are the sale are
good or bad. We can make that with Conditional Formatting.

1. Make your table for example I make a simple table about sale.
2. Highlight the Colum status

3. Click on Ribbon Conditional Formatting on Menu Home sub menu Styles.
4. Choose what you want to make a status warning with Data Bars, Color
Scales or etc, for example I will choose Icon sets and click More Rules.

5. Choose Number on sub menu Type(input of number parameter) and choose
want kind icon you want on Sub menu Icon Style.

6. Click Show Icon Only and Click OK

7. Type on Colum Status function (=cell of sale/(=D7).

8. And now there status if they are good or Bad, if you want you can
use conditional formatting to make warning about stock on your
warehouse.
