If you need to save your file such word to PDF you can install Add-In from Microsoft. You can go this address and download it http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=4D951911-3E7E-4AE6-B059-A2E79ED87041&displaylang=en And after you finished download just click the setup and if you want remove it, you can remove from Control Panel
