If we to much insert picture on our document, it’s will make our file size big, and will difficult us to send with email attachment. Don’t worry office have a tools to compress picture. It’s very simple 1. Open your document 2. Click picture
3. Click Tab Format 4. Click Compress Picture on sub menu Adjust 5. Click Aplly only selected picture if you just want a selected picture to be a compress,and if not just leave and Click OK.
