DÜN; BUGÜN; YARIN::

İnsanlar, güneş doğup batıncaya kadar yaşıyorlardı hayatı.

üç parçalı bir şey icat etti insan.
Bir parçasına, "dün" dedi,
diğer parçasına "bugün",
öteki parçasına da "yarın".

zamana ve
insan bugünü unuttu.
Dünü düşünüp pişman oldu,
yarını düşünüp telâşlandı;
ama işin ilginç tarafı, tüm telâş ve pişmanlıkları, güneş doğup batıncaya kadar 
yaşadı.

rezil etti bugününü.
Oysa yarın, bugüne dün diyor;
dün de, bugün için yarın diyordu.
Bir türlü beceremedi.

 diğer eliyle düne yapıştı.
Bugünü eline yüzüne bulaştırdı...

Ve ne gariptir ki, yarının telâşını da,dünün pişmanlığını da,
hep bugün yaşadı; ama bugünü hiç yaşayamadı.
