Fix uses of 'scm_gc_protect', which does not exist, in the manual.
* doc/ref/api-memory.texi (Garbage Collection Functions),
doc/ref/libguile-concepts.texi (Garbage Collection): Change
'scm_gc_protect' --> 'scm_gc_protect_object'.
