    bash-minimal: Use gcc-14 hurd/x86-linux build fix for all platforms.
    
    * gnu/packages/bash.scm (bash-minimal)[arguments]: Unconditionally add 
CFLAGS
    to #:configure-flags to relax gcc-14's strictness.
