[source]: Switch to git-fetch. Move snippet to <#:phases>.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:phases>: Import former source snippet. Add 'check phase
replacement.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest, python-setuptools-next.
