    * gnu/packages/wine.scm (wine-staging): Update to 3.3.
    [inputs]: Add autoconf, python, util-linux, wine-staging-patchset-data.
    [arguments]: Remove 'hardcode-libvulkan-path phase. Add
    'patch-source-wine-staging phase.
    [home-page]: Change URL.
