Changing ownership of symbolic links

Hello,

Currently, ‘canonicaliseTimestampAndPermissions’ doesn’t attempt to
canonicalize the ownership of symbolic links in store files.

Shouldn’t it try to do that with O_NOFOLLOW and then fchmod(2)?
