Subject: [PATCH] gnu: texlive: Fix 'texmf-local' search path.

* gnu/packages/texlive.scm (texlive, texlive-minimal): Add
  'native-search-paths'.
  (texlive-texmf): Correct 'TEXMFLOCAL' definition in 'texmf.cnf' in
  'texmf-config' phase.
