We removed this in August due to concerns about its use of the unsupported Qt 4: http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/guix-devel/2016-08/msg00414.html But I guess it's okay to re-add it if there is a use case for it. Too bad it still needs Qt 4. https://github.com/flavio/qjson/issues/49
