If by ‘package’ you mean a Guix package recipe, or indeed any part of the Guix source tree: no. Even pseudonymous copyright statements are accepted. If you mean something else, I'm not quite sure what it is, but I am pretty sure the answer is still ’no’. Hoping this helps, T G-R
