TL;DR is we can have it and I will pick up work on it again pretty soon. (We had the idea for a custom browser based on Torbrowser, so I have a requirement beyond simply using it.) Under the conditions (for packaging torbrowser) I talked about with Torbrowser-project it is okay to ship it fully branded. I will have to get back to them as soon as I am past the current bug and got it building.
