Larger than the --disable-authentication I have used for two years?

Upon reflection, I am actually more likely to install a local public
key, or perhaps a set, into ~/.config/guix. That folder already holds
my channel definitions.

By the way, the link to the 'current' profile in that folder violates
the FreeDesktop specification. It needs into ~/.local/share/guix.

Kind regards
Felix

P.S. Are rhetorical questions sarcasm?
P.P.S. Thanks to nckx for the reminder to retitle!
