Hi, I've made the following change to osinfo-db, which I think improves things (rename the OS from just 'Guix' to 'Guix System' for example, and adds VM image in the metadata, but so far upstream seems hesitant to merge it.

Related to this effort were changes to the logo displayed for Guix System in GNOME Boxes [0], which has already been merged (the slightly modified (text removed) new logo is square, which renders much better in both GNOME Boxes and virt-manager). Finally, [1] is another change to complete the overhaul of the osinfo-db metadata for GNOME Boxes, hich depends on the osinfo-db merge request above.
