I volunteered to animate it; I was thinking low hanging fruits to work on in a few hours (2-4) session could be simple packaging tasks. The event could be used to showcase how to approach the problem, common pitfalls and techniques, etc. If you have other ideas to propose of interesting, narrow scope things that could be tackled in this kind of time frame, I'm all ears :-). -- Thanks, Maxim
