To add to Ludovic's comment, QA shows that currently 95.4% of all packages build on x86_64: https://qa.guix.gnu.org/branch/master That sounds like a lot, but with "guix package -A | wc" showing 29351 packages altogether, this means that about 1300 packages currently do not build. So we are very far from getting to zero build failures. Given our reluctance to remove packages and the work and one month waiting period imposed by the deprecation policy https://guix.gnu.org/manual/devel/en/html_node/Deprecation-Policy.html just lowering this is already a challenge.
