I would very much like to test early release artifacts -- right now I
use the daily Guix x86 binary tarball builds, but I haven't been able to
find any public binary tarballs for arm64, ppc64el or riscv64. For
arm64 I use the 1.4.0 tarball, but it is outdated and if I understand
correctly, has known security vulnerabilities in guix-daemon.

Shouldn't preliminary release artifacts be published all the time on the
"Latest" download page? I assume there is nothing special about a
release artifact, and that it is the same as a daily built snapshot.
