(1) Release team, congrats, you did it! And thanks for your energy
over the weeks, such that others helped. Thanks all!
(2) Release team is mostly composed by new faces. It appears to me
telling something about the good health of the project to move
forward. The back of long-timers is covered and it is warm.

On one hand, I agree, and maybe this release for July could be skipped
and focus on the next one in order to then better synchronize the rhythm
of two releases per year. Or maybe two releases per year is too
currently too much. Bah I don’t know.
On the other hand, maybe a rule of no exception could help in finding
this rhythm of two releases per year. Bah I don’t know

Cool! This would be super helpful, IMHO, for (a) improving the process
and (b) easing the rotation of some of the release team members.
