Yes, and there’s a chance that adding the guix/guix prefix also makes it close the issue across repositories, see https://codeberg.org/guix/guix/issues/8040 where it just kept getting closed automatically after being reopened. The commit message said “Fixes: guix/guix#8040”. Not sure if this would also happen without guix/guix.
