Hi all, On the one hand I think for any complex enough topic (such as GCD 008) complex reasoning and wall of text are kind of inevitable.
On the other hand every technology has affordances and for sure email affords to long blocks of text and Forgejo affords to discussing code. There are FOSS tools that have been designed for structured decision making by consensus in decentralized organizations. One that I know is Loomio (https://www.loomio.com) and it looks like our friends at Igalia use it (or have used it in the past, either way they are cited on the website). Maybe we can take inspiration from this kind of state of the art to improve our GCD process. I have never tried it myself though, so I am mostly speculating. Cheers, giacomo
