I accept.

That was a hard needle to thread, with people coming from very very
different baselines... my inclinations are that it is a bit too
permissive, though I acknowledge that a lack of any policy would
certainly be much worse than this policy as proposed.

I did not contribute much, but by and large felt like anything I might
have said had already been said, sometimes repeated dozens of times...
