Quick answer: no. :-)

Thing is, Cuirass 1.3.x doesn’t have a mechanism in place to
automatically cancel evaluations with too many new builds.  This is
implemented in what will become 1.4.x:

For now, I end up doing that manually myself with a suitable SQL query…

At any rate, worry not: there’s only one build machine for pulls.ci so
it’s never going to be able to perform a world rebuild on its own.
