Changes: Kerberos authentication tools, gnupg, and Netscape 128-bit are
included now that the export restrictions are gone, software RAID has been
optimized for the Pentium III, an optional sysctl program has been
added to take care of /proc/sys settings, new font installations are now
recognized automatically (no need to run mkfontdir anymore), autodetection
and support of up to 4 GB RAM has been added, and termcaps have been fixed
to be more consistent (Backspace, Delete, Home, and End now do what you'd
expect them to do everywhere). A more secure default installation (with
fewer running daemons) is provided, along with better internationalization
support (16-bit display support; Netscape now speaks French, Spanish,
German, and Japanese) and new packages, including Mesa, sawmill, anacron,
docbook, joystick, rpmlint, and stylesheets.
