Free-vote is a set of HTML files, PHP3 scripts, and database structures
for implementing a complete online voting system. It supports multiple,
concurrent configurable consults, a user database, forums, and remote-web
based administration. It is currently only available in Spanish.

El programa hasta el momento, solo esta disponible espa�ol. Le pregunte al
autor si estaria dispuesto en aceptar colaboracion del grupo para hacer
traduccion a ingles (si alguien se la juega en mas idiomas.. pues).
Estoy esperando la respuesta del desarrollador, pero seria bueno que
le vayan dando vuelta.
