Si tales aplicaciones de contabilidad tienen ahora mismo su c�digo fuente en C/C++ ya hay mucho avanzado. Si las hicieron programando en 3 capas todav�a hay m�s avance con relaci�n a ese traslado de c�digo.
 
Para hacer su trabajo en C++ m�s r�pido tal vez quiz�s puede ser no lo s� usted decide

-Bibliotecas estandar de plantillas
-Bibliotecas para el uso de servicios de bases de datos[1]

-Buena documentaci�n sobre lo que esas bibliotecas proveen, sobre toques que se recomiendan o no practicar con las funciones de tales bibliotecas[4]
-Administrar los m�dulos del proyecto[5]

[5] El programa make ayuda mucho especialmente en proyectos espantosamente grandes. La docu de make del info es muy �til para aprender a hacer Makefiles, tal vez suficiente.
