el parche para Kernel 2.4.x

7.1 was released on April 16, 2001. Currently, Red Hat
7.1 and other distributions that use the 2.4.x kernel
are not supported as host operating systems for VMware
Workstation 2.0.3 for Linux. Our engineering team is
working on this compatibility issue and we will
release an update to fix it as soon as possible.
