As I was reviewing your application, I noticed a few things were incorrect or
missing. I am sorry for the misunderstanding, this is probably my fault. The
first half of the application is for the LUG information; where it says name,
abbreviation, etc. The lower half is for your contact information: YOUR full
name and e-mail address, as well as mailing address to which I may send your
Welcome Kit. I will need a phone number at the bottom instead of all 000000,
because for out of the country orders, we must provide a telephone number in
order to have it delivered.
Again, I apologize for the misunderstanding. If you could please fill out the
form again and re-apply, I am sure I will be able to process your application
and send your Kit on its way. THank you, and have a great day.
