We want to authenticate in Netscape or outlook as "Manager" using password of "Manager" but the service sends the following error to us: "The specified directory service has denied access. Check the properties for the directory service and verify that your authentication type setting and parameter are correct". We want to know the following thing: 1. It is necessary to create the accesses in slapd.conf to guarantee the search? 2. Is necessary to form algun mechanism of authentication through the SASL so that Netscape or outlook validate the communication correctly? 3.
