"Konknni Machiek Noman" - Mega Musical Show in Kuwait by KGTS
The count-down has begun for the Mega Musical Show "Konknni Machiek Noman" organized by Kuwait-Goa Tiatristanchi Sonvstha (KGTS). This unique and major event will unfold on Friday, 4th February 2005 at the Gulf English School Auditorium, Rumeithiya, Kuwait at 3:30 p.m. KGTS boosts of the largest number of Kuwait-based Konkani stage artistes as its members and has a large following. "Konknni Machiek Noman" show promises to be a perfect blend of scintillating music rendered by numerous talented musicians, delightful songs from professional artistes, a group of senior artistes of yesteryears will be specially flown in, meaningful play, rib-tickling comedy, dolby sound system, luminous lighting and stage set-up.
KGTS first show "Tiatr ani Tiatrist" mesmerized the large audience last year. The proceeds of the show was sent to senior elderly stage artistes in Goa and Mumbai as a tribute to their dedicated service to the Konkani stage. KGTS are the first to do so since its inception. No wonder, KGTS shows as well as the individual presentations of its members are popularly supported by individuals as well as other Goan organizations.
