I have seen a number of e mails giving receipes for various sweets and dishes. I am particularly interested in the following: 1. Nankatai (made from flour & semolina/soogi?) 2. A sweet made from broken wheat (don't know the English equivalent - I know it as 'Dos-Bhaji') 3.
