DUBAI � Indian Airlines has announced the introduction of an "early check-in" facility for its passengers at the Sharjah International Airport.
Aloke Singh, Country Manager, UAE, said the move was aimed at offering passengers the option of avoiding the peak-time rush at night. The early check-in counters will open from 1000 to 1300 hours for Indian Airlines flights departing in the night or early morning from Sharjah Airport. Passengers will be able to check in early, hand over their baggage and obtain their boarding cards well in advance, he said. Early checked in passengers, after reaching the airport at night, can proceed straight for Immigration and Security. The new facility will be available from June 4 till July 31.
